Robert A. Tempest Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Robert A. Tempest of Scipio, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Tempest and Neva Tempest (Robertson); and his brothers, Joe and Mark Tempest. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Rudicel; his son Brian Tempest (Heather) of North Vernon; his grandchildren, Kaylie Eder (Robert) of North Vernon, Kyle Tempest of Columbus, Emily Jenkins (Ryan) of Butlerville, Colton Castetter (Kaylin) of North Vernon and Jagur Marshall of Scipio; and his great grandchildren, Eleanor Eder of North Vernon and Mason Eder of North Vernon.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at the Vernon Cemetery (315 S Pike St, Vernon, IN 47282).
Memorials may be made in honor of Robert through the funeral home to the Christ Way Christian Church or Our Hospice of Jennings County.
