He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harsh and Geraldine Harsh (Dowling); and his brother Marvin Harsh. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Everroad; his wife Pam; his son Matthew Harsh (Melissa) of North Vernon; his siblings, Dwight Harsh (Mary) of Ogilville and Ruth Scott (Bill) of Hackleburg, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Dalton Harsh of North Vernon, Madisyn Harsh of North Vernon, Alexis Harsh of North Vernon and Stone Harsh of North Vernon.
