He is survived by: his wife Christine Dixon; his son Todd Asher of North Vernon; his siblings, Jerry Asher (Barbara) of Viper, Edward Asher of Jeff, Kentucky and Rosetta Cornett (Colson) of Slemp, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jacob Asher of North Vernon, Katie Asher of North Vernon and Isaiah Asher of North Vernon; and his great grandchild Makala Asher of North Vernon.
Memorials may be made in honor of Jimmy through the funeral home to Jennings County Historical Society, Scipio Presbyterian Church, or Our Hospice of South-Central Indiana.
