He was predeceased by: his former wife Jennifer Hope "Jen" Moscoe Noel; his grandparents, Howard W., Rachel Banks, James Thomas and Helen Justice Noel; and his uncles, Gerald Banks and Dennis Taylor.
He is survived by: his parents, John W. Noel and Rhonda E. Banks Noel of Madison, Indiana; his wife Cassandra "Cassie" Clement Noel of Scipio, Indiana; his daughter Natasha Jackson of Indiana; his grandson Brantlee; his siblings, Kellie Wilson (Randy) of Lexington, Indiana and Tommy Noel of Hanover, Indiana; his stepsons, Dustin Alejandro and Ruben Alejondra of Scipio, Indiana; his uncles, James Noel of LaGrange and Kenneth William "Billy" Banks (Quinella) of Crawley, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Lakyn Wilson, Tyler Wilson and Aidan Haase; his parents-in-law, Keith and Ann Wilson of New York; and his grandfather-in-law Shirley Ayotte of New York. He is also survived by several cousins and other relatives.
