He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry O. Smith and Irene D. Smith (Huffman); his wife J. Darlene Hines; and his sister Jeannine Coy. He is survived by: his daughters, Deanna Ross (Patrick) of North Vernon and Dodie Smith (Jay) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Lauren Megel (Adam) of Columbus, Kristen Hurley (Matt) of Columbus, Josh Ford of Bloomington, Austin Smith of Indianapolis and Cassidy Duell (Adam) of Greensburg; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Megel, Madelyn Megel, Emmaline Megel and Grant Hurley.
We ask visitors to follow social distancing guidelines inside the funeral home and masks are recommended.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
