We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2023, at the age of 86, Esther Eileen Swisher of Scipio, Indiana, born in Elizabethtown, Indiana passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Byford and Marguerite Byford (Helt); her husband George Swisher; and her brother Harold Byford. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Swisher of Indianapolis, Wesley Swisher (Betty) of Granger and Gordon Swisher (Joy) of Greenwood; her brothers, Warren Byford (Jane) of Scipio and Jim Byford (Carol) of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Andrew Swisher (Naomi), Ellen Swisher, Ronnie Swisher, Tiffany Swisher and Esmarelda Swisher. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
