He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Martin (Stafford) and Jim Martin; his brothers, Art, Charles and John Wayne Martin; his siblings-in-law, Olin Reed and Penny Martin (Judy Martin); his grandson Chad Stearns; and his son-in-law Robert Marling.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Reed; his children, Mark Verba (Debra) of Morgan Hill, Tonya Steber (Arnie) of Olney, Rochelle "Shelly" Stearns (Tom) of North Vernon, Rory Martin (Melody) of Freetown, Kristi Dickey (Dwayne) of Tennessee, Katy Martin (Anthony) of Elizabethtown and Kelly Watkins of Butlerville; his grandchildren, Christopher, Aaron, Marcia, Cindy, Amanda, Mieka, Tia, Kennedi, Jaycee, Jesse, Donovan, Clarissa, Tasha, Austin, Jameson, Anthony "Peanut", Kathleen, Dallas, Magnoila and Emberly; and his brothers, Lee Martin, Bill Martin (Brenda) and Tom Martin (Karen). He is also survived by his brothers and cousins.
Memorials may be made in honor of C. Cecil through the funeral home for expenses.
