Verkamp; his sons, Rick Verkamp (Dana) and Mike Verkamp (Michelle); his grandsons, Reese, Chase Verkamp, Mitchell and Mason Verkamp; his siblings, Jane Durcholz (Bob), Barb Gehlhausen (Gary), Ed Verkamp, Celestine, Gerry Verkamp (Phyllis), Stan Verkamp (Diane), Larry Verkamp (Judy) and Lenny Verkamp (Diann); and his sister-in-law Linda Verkamp.

Memorial contributions may be made to Divine Mercy Parish, the Schnellville Volunteer Fire Department, or a favorite charity.
