She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Verkamp and Katie Verkamp (Lueken); her spouse Hilbert Theising; her siblings, Alice Theising, Marie Betz, Bernita Bourke, Clara Verkamp, Joseph Verkamp and Hubert Verkamp; and her son-in-law Mark Geier.

She is survived by: her children, Cyndy Geier, Julie Hoffman (Tim) and Bernie Theising (Angie); her sister-in-law Mary Ann Schmidt (Louis); her grandchildren, Marc Geier (Ashley), Trent Theising (Kaila), Jordan, Bryce, Amber Theising, Chad Hoffman (Haylee) and Brynn Wilson (Devin); and her great grandchildren, Annabeth Geier, Alli, Camdyn and Lainey Hoffman.

Memorial contributions may be made to Divine Mercy Catholic Parish- Sacred Heart Catholic Church or the Sacred Heart Cemetery Fund.
