Sandra Kortenhoeven Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Kortenhoeven of Schererville, Indiana, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband David; her parents, Neil Stam and Margaret Stam; and her sisters, Marlene (Wiersma) and Leanne (VanVossen).
She is survived by: her children, Amy Ronat (Travis), Beth Horsley (Clarke), Joe, Ann Haak (Nathan), Mary Flynn (Michael) and Brother Kenneth Stam (Cathy); her grandsons, Calvin and Caleb Ronat; and her stepgrandchildren, Breanna Flynn, Emily and Collin Haak.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center (8941 Kleinman Rd, Highland, IN 46322). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Faith Church (8910 Grace St, Highland, IN 46322).
Donations may be made in her honor to Sojourner Truth House or Roseland Christian Ministries.
