She is survived by: her children, Dorie Dziadon, John Collinsworth and Deborah Collinsworth; her granddaughters, Lea Bryant, Jill Collinsworth, Dana Saldana, Jessica Garcia, Danielle Sparavalo, Kelli Litke, Samantha Ferguson, Alexandra Dziadon and Jennifer Gagnon; her great grandchildren, Tylor, Noah, Madelyn, Lita, Emma, Hannah, Khalia, Korbin, Alton, Addison, Liam, Ava, Niko, Mila, Van, Freya, Emily and Lilah; her great great grandchild Noah; and her aunt Sis.
