He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Kurtz and Rosaleen Kurtz. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Rachel Bornstein (Micah), Patrick Kurtz (Courtney), Megan Horton (Adam) and Glenn Kurtz (Andrea); his grandchildren, Landon, Piper Kurtz, Parker and Emmaline Horton; and his brothers, Lawrence Kurtz (late Connie) and Terrence Kurtz (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
