She is survived by: her husband John P. Poczatek of Schererville, IN; her children, Darrin Poczatek of Lowell, IN and Jennifer Samyn (John) of Overland Park, KS; her grandchildren, Nick, Jacob, Joe, Toni, Tanner and Bella; and her siblings, Jim Gilson (Erin) of Crown Point, IN, Kathryn Sytsma (Dan) of Wheatfield, IN, Karen Garcia (Victor) of Whiting, IN and Cheryl Hughes of Culver, IN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
