We bid farewell to Mary Fisher (Schererville, Indiana), born in East Chicago, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 13, 2024 at the age of 84. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her brother John Wasko; her children, Laura Fisher-Pramuk, Christopher Fisher and Jill Fisher; and her grandchildren, Nicole Pramuk, Sarah Pramuk, Izabella Fisher and Ezra Fisher.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Solan Pruzin Funeral Home (14 Kennedy Ave, Schererville, IN 46375). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. James the Less Church (9640 Kennedy Ave, Highland, IN 46322).
