He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Perhach and Mary Perhach; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Aimee Perhach, Jeffrey and Shannon Perhach; and his sister-in-law Patricia Perhach.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. James the Less Catholic Church (9640 Kennedy Ave, Highland, IN 46322).
