He was predeceased by: his former wife Wanda; his parents, Woodrow Barnes and Anna Barnes; and his brothers, Woody (Carolyn) and Charlie Barnes (Linda).
He is survived by: his wife Norma Barnes; his children, Carol Beall (Brian), Kevin Barnes (Vicki), Dennis Barnes (Heather), Rhonda McCune and Gwen Williams (Elmer); and his grandchildren, Ryan Beall, Stephen Beall, Michael Barnes, Nathan Barnes, Mallory Barnes, Colin Barnes, Ali McCune, Austin Williams, Dean McCune, Jason Williams, Daina McCune and Ben McCune.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
