She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Tomera; and her brothers, Lowell and Kenneth Jobe. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Tomera (Judy), Craig Tomera (LeAnne) and John Tomera (Sandra); her grandchildren, Brittany Chrisman (Ethan), Ben Tomera, Randy Tomera (Lindsay), Katherine Gaffney (Deryk) and Christopher Gatsche (Shay); and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Danica, Wyatt and Madison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (921 W Glen Park Ave, Griffith, IN 46319). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Helen's name to the National Wildlife Federation.
