He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret T. Grubach (Pieters); his sisters-in-law, Phyllis McCampbell (late Ralph), Dorothy Pieters (late Thomas), JoAnne Pieters (late Joseph) and Carol Pieters (late Raymond); his sister Donna Grubach; and his parents, Frank Grubach and Mary Grubach (Molson).
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Grubach (Violeta Furduric), Julie Prieboy (Joseph), Susan Walsh (Kevin) and Mary Jane Schermer (Todd); and his grandchildren, Emily, Graham, Lauren, Will, Kate "Kiki", Michael, Greg and Olivia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the ALS Foundation, would be appreciated.
