He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hofstra (Kazen); his children, Cathy Jacobson (Jeff), William Hofstra, Steven Hofstra (Susan), Richard Hofstra (Heather) and Randal Hofstra; his grandchildren, Timothy Hofstra, Larissa Hofstra, Sam Hofstra, Tyler Kerrick (Sara), Jocelyn Holloway (Peter), Seth Hofstra, Daniel Kerrick, Jacob Kerrick, Sarah Winget (Steven) and Kiersten Klocek (Ransom); his great grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Andrew, Lily, Morgan and Aubrey; his sister Ruth Kennelly; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Hofstra (Chuckie) and Daniel Kazen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
