He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughters, Lisa Knight (Johnny) and Dawn Parfenoff; his stepdaughters, Janet Crosley (Chris) and Carrie Lauritzen (Jason Vicari); his grandchildren, Kyle (Natalie), Jennifer (Ryan), Jonathon (Mariana), Stephen, Emily, Madelyn, Charles, James and John; and his great grandchildren, Scarlette, Liliana, Eli, Hailey, Jace and Benicio.
