She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene T. Dombrowski; and her siblings, Wanda Elmer (late Jake), Marie Milczarek (late Joseph), Maggie Bleile, Frances Cymbaluk (late Mike), Joseph Woroniecki, Jr., Peggy Paschke (late Art), Nick Woroniecki (late Joan), Steve Woroniecki (Arlene), Fabian Woroniecki and John Woroniecki.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Dombrowski (Cricket) and Jo Anne Spicer (Jim); her granddaughter Anna Batastini (Frank); and her brother Florian Woroniecki (Gladys). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed toward the Alzheimer's Association.
