He is survived by : his wife Helen of Saratoga, IN; his daughter Rachelle; his son-in-law Christopher Martinez of Fort Wayne, IN; his son Steven; his daughter-in-law Melanie Williams of Avilla, IN; his sisters, Lana Bias of Fort Recovery, OH, Twila Blowers of Greenville, OH and Pamela Gabbard of Winchester, IN; his grandchildren, Christina Thompson, Corey Martinez, Cameron Martinez, Cassidy Martinez, Elijah Williams and Ethan Williams; and his great grandchildren, Teegan, Maison, Tinsley and Beckham.
