He is survived by : his stepmother Sylvia Collins of Winchester; his siblings, Reba Hudson of Winchester, Bruce Collins (Marilyn) of Winchester, Gale Collins of Saratoga, Mark Collins of Winchester, Cad Collins of Lafayette, LA and Miles Collins of Fort Wayne; and his stepsiblings, Pamela Caldwell (Yohan) of Indianapolis and Steve Millares (Lori) of Fishers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
