She is survived by: her husband Tim Victor Smith; her sisters, Terry Lynn Youse (Jon) and Brenda Sue Rettman (Paul); and her children, Renee Marie Bloom, Valerie Ann Bloom and Jeremy Michael Bloom. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
