It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Polster of Santa Claus, Indiana, born in Fulda, Indiana, who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Meta Roessler (Druschel) and Vern Roessler; her husband Charles Polster; her brothers, Jim and Richard Roessler; and her son-in-law Don Hitz.
She is survived by: her sister Elsa Duncan of Gainesville, FL; her children, Bryan Polster (Anne Yamamoto) of Santa Claus, IN., Tammy Williams (John) of Santa Claus, IN., Kay Klewin (Charles) of Santa Claus, IN. and Cathy Hitz of Santa Claus, IN.; her grandchildren, Laura (Zach WalkerLieb), Emma, Camille Polster, Adam (Elizabeth), Casey Williams (Brittany), Hannah Klewin, Olivia, Gabe (Kate) and Jordan Hitz; and her great grandchildren, Roderick Locke, Lena Williams, Cora, Callie Williams and Ryker WalkerLieb.
Memorial contributions may be made to the benefit of St. John's Lutheran Church - Charles and Virginia Polster Seminary Scholarship Fund - or the cemetery fund at Trinity UCC Church, Fulda.
