She was predeceased by: her parents, Merl Osborn and Dessa Osborn (Lightfoot). She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Zook (Joy); her sister Vivian Thompson (Jack); and her nieces, Cindy Parrott (Kerry), Jan Furgasun (Terry) and Melinda Sexton (Bob). She is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
