He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eli Mills and Myrtle Ellen Mills (VanWinkle); his son Cody Mills; and his siblings, Clifford, Curtis, Chester, Allen, Edna and Leola.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Mills (Selzer); his children, Roger Mills of Grandview, IN., Jim Mills of Chrisney, IN. and Anita Magill (Bobby Hagan) of Grandview, IN.; his stepchildren, Gary Waninger (Jan) of Santa Claus, IN., Gail Snyder of Santa Claus, IN. and Dan Waninger (Cheryl) of Dale, IN; and his grandchildren, Justin Mills, Whitney Mills, Amy Harris, Jacob Magill, David Magill, Kati Magill and Karen Krauskopf. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; extended family and friends.
