She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Woerter and Cecilia Woerter (Schmitz); her husband Robert L. Clayton; her grandchildren, Maddie Clayton and Colin Hawkins; and her siblings, Joseph Woerter and Geraldine Horlock.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Clayton (Betty) of Santa Claus, Cindy Bauer (Gary) of Evansville, Ron Clayton (Rhonda) of Evansville and Cathy Hawkins (Mike) of Ferdinand; and her grandchildren, Christy Wilson, Amanda Griese, Seth Bauer, Nathan Bauer, Jessica Schulte, Alicia Rasche, Kelsie Henrickson, Laura Watts and Ben Hawkins.
