James W. Hanning Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James W. Hanning (Santa Claus, Indiana), who passed away on March 20, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hanning and Hilda Hanning (Reinke); and his wife Mary Ellen Hanning (Kuhn). He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Bull (Victor) of Harleyville, Constance Wagner (Othmar) of Santa Claus and Christina Lee (Michael) of Dale; his grandchildren, Alison Bull, Lindsey Bull, James Wagner (Susan), Jonathan Wagner (Ashley), Jeffrey Wagner (Courtney) and Morgan Rice (Michael); his stepgrandchildren, Scott Lee (Brooke) and Beth Lee; his sister Mary Jane Brittingham (Hanning) of Jasper; and his close friend Macy Schmitt of Santa Claus. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
