It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Hoffman Jr. of Santa Claus, Indiana, who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alvin Sr. Hoffman and Mary Hoffman (Fieth); his wife Ruth Ann Lechner; his sons, Keith Hoffman (Missy) of Dale, Kevin Hoffman (Beth) of Santa Claus and Kent Hoffman of Ferdinand; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Erika, Slade and Caleb Hoffman; and his sisters, Julia Wolf, Betty Luecke and Phyllis Messmer.
