She is survived by: her husband Karl Newell; her children, Tim Newell (Debbie) of Oaktown, Donnie Newell of Edwardsport, Eddie Newell (Annie) of Sandborn, Regina Kaiser (Paul) and Tonya Williams (Mike); and her brothers, Kenneth Culter (Sandra) of Robinson, IL and Bobby Culter (Diane) of Lawrenceville, IL.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
