He was predeceased by: his brother John Perkins; his uncle Frank; and his aunt Lavetta Hambrick. He is survived by: his parents, Nora McCullough and Short; his wife Patricia 'Patty' Perkins (Hastings); his sons, Timothy J. Perkins of Vincennes, Eric D. Perkins of Indianapolis and Gary Eaton of St. James; his grandchildren, Kayden, Anika and Hadley; and his brothers, Kevin Smith of Vincennes, Charlie Perkins of Lake St, Scott Perkins of Austin, TX and Gary Reynolds of Oklahoma City, OK..

Following CDC guidelines, face masks will be required and continue with social distancing please.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family through the funeral home.
