He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Harting and Hannah Harting (Martindale). He is survived by: his wife Jane Harting of Sandborn; his children, Cory Harting of Oaktown and Clay Harting (Brandy) of Odon; and his stepchildren, Bobby Sweany (Misty) of Bloomfield and Shannon Grow of Westphalia.
