He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett Sargent and Farrel A. Sargent (Baker); his wife Carolyn Sargent (Peden); and his brother Rowe Dean Sargent. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Sargent (Gretchen) of Owensburg, Greg Sargent (Lori) of Sandborn and Todd Sargent (Angie) of Owensburg; and his brother Roger Gary Sargent.
