It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Hale of Sandborn, Indiana, born in Carlisle, Indiana, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill J. Townsley and Mary E. Bishop Townsley (Harbin); her son Douglas W. Hale; and her siblings, Dorothy Beck, Leo and Norman Bishop.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Hale; her children, Pamela S. Spidell (Michael) of Brownsburg, IN and Brent C. Hale of Palm Springs, CA; her grandchildren, Seth, Riley and Sophie Spidell; her siblings, Irene Weesner of Elkhart and Jim Bishop (Phyllis) of Farmersburg; and her sister-in-law Betty Bishop of Linton.
