He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Allen and Sallie Allen (Wireman); and his siblings, Louise Kay Allen and Edgar Lee Allen. He is survived by: his wife Lora Howard; his daughters, Pamela Lorraine Bolen (Tim), Lisa Rae Simic (Curt) and Teresa Kay Birge (Eagle); his grandchildren, Loren Gudeman (Jared), Dustin Campbell, Ashlee Salyer (Derrick) and Dalton Campbell (Katie); and his sister Rita Halko (Robert). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or Cancer Society.
