He was predeceased by: his brothers, Randy Montgomery and Chester Montgomery. He is survived by: his wife Ann Montgomery of Salem; his children, Thomas W. Montgomery of Louisville, Anthony Montgomery (Victoria) of Charlestown and Michelle McGuyer of Henryville; and his siblings, Charlie Montgomery (Georgia) of Lafayette, Mae Garrett of Louisville and Marrisa Flanagan (Bobby) of Clarksville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
