He is survived by: his parent John; his wife Ellen Faye Maudlin; his children, Melvin Nicholson (Sandy) of Greencastle, Keith Nicholson (Deb) of Salem, Donna Thompson (Butch Huff) and Rebecca Wilkerson (Billy); and his siblings, Phillip Nicholson of Campbellsburg and Phyllis Maudlin of Evansville. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
