He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Johnson and Emmitt Johnson; and his wife Wanda Johnson (Elliott). He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Johnson and Karen Kauffman (Wayne); his sister Mary Lou Baldwin; and his grandchildren, Leah Hahn (Terrance) and Seth Kauffman.
