He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean Huckleberry Terkhorn; his children, Becky Baker (Jim) of Brownstown, Cathy Self (Dave) of Brownstown and Gary Terkhorn (Glenna) of North Vernon; his stepdaughters, Cindy Richards (Mike) of Salem and Janna Brown of Salem; his grandchildren, Chris Baker of Jacksonville Beach, Cassie Baker of Denver, Mitch Ray of Brownstown and Matthew Ray of Bedford; and his stepgrandchildren, Josh Richards of Overland Park, Chad Richards of Salem, Zack Richards of Salem, Shaylee Faulkenburg of Greenville, Jalen Brown of Salem, Jerry Zolman of Scottsburg, Karma Montgomery of North Vernon, Dea Rudicel of North Vernon, Courtney Cockerham of Seymour, Lauren Self of Seymour, Branson Self of Seymour and Andon Self of Seymour. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
