It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Sue Brown of Salem, Indiana, who passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vickie Sue Brown to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Baldwin and Mary Lee (Ingram); her husband Carl Brown; and her siblings, Beverly Yocum and Roger Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Brown of Canton, Illinois and Leah Bane of Campbellsburg, Indiana; her stepchildren, Steven Brown of Clarksville, Indiana, Sherrie Brown-Socks of Ocala and Dion Courtney of Fredericksburg; and her brother Dawayn Lee of Sellersburg, Indiana.. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 6 Step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dawalt Funeral Home (204 E Market St, Salem, IN 47167).
