He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hamilton Green; his children, Kevin Green (Melinda) of Campbellsburg and Heather Hopkins of Salem; his siblings, Terry Green of Campbellsburg, Donette Molck of Salem, Kathy Dodds of Scottsburg and Kristie Martin of Salem; and his grandchildren, Zach Wiseman, Garrett Wiseman, Erin Mason and Clayton Green.
