She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Jackson and Bella Bailey Jackson; her husband Clifford Cozart; her grandson Justin Cozart; and her brother Ralph Jackson.
She is survived by: her son Martin L. Cozart (Nicole) of Salem; and her grandsons, Martin L. Cozart Jr. (Jacob Cozart) and Harley Cozart.
