She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Perkins and Daisy Perkins (Reynolds); and her sisters, Dorothy Cooper (Perkins) and Helen Bowers (Perkins). She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Johnson of Salem, IN.; her daughters, Sherri Knoy of Fredericksburg, Sharon Huff (Gary) of Fredericksburg, IN, Sheryl Holman (Charlie) of Pekin and Shawna Graf (Scott) of Pekin, IN; her stepchildren, Jerry Johnson Jr. (Beth) of Boonville, IN, Joe Johnson of Boonville, IN, Angie Purtilar (Sam) of Louisville, KY and Vicki Woosley of Owensboro, KY; and her siblings, Jim Perkins (Colleen) of Spring Hill, FL, Bill Perkins of Hamilton, OH and Glenda Perkins of Vevay, IN. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty two great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
