It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosa Keltner (Salem, Indiana), who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bill Coomer and Mary Lizzy Sneed Coomer; her children, Craft, Cody Lee Keltner (Paula) of Salem, Clifton William Keltner (Debbie) of Vallonia and Cheri Thomas (Donnie Smith) of Jamestown; her siblings, Roger Coomer of Louisville and Helen Rogers of Camden; her husband Cody Russell Keltner; and her brother Eugene Coomer. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
