He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Rumbley (LaVon); his children, Dennis Allen Rumbley (Myong), Della Mae Brewer and William "Dale" Rumbley (Beth); his grandchildren, Ruby Dietz, Daniel Rumbley (Ana), Alex Rumbley, William "Billy" Brewer (Holly), Nichole Davis (Danny) and Dustin Brewer; and his brother Terry Rumbley (Leslie).
