He was predeceased by: his parent Nova Mills; his wife Marla Davis Mills; his daughter Kelsey Lockenour; and his brothers, Kelley Martin Jr., Danny K. Mills, Harold Martin, Ervin Martin, Beachus Martin, Maynard Martin, Coy Martin and Leroy Bishop.
He is survived by: his daughter Lynndi Lockenour (Michael George) of Jeffersonville; his niece Jamie Wells (Eric) of Salem; his caregivers, Billy and Haley Burger of Salem; and his sisters, Joy Wynn of Salem and Connie Mills of New Albany.
