He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Jr. and Doris Jean Woodward; and his sister Sherri Woodward. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Colglazier Woodward of Salem; his daughter Erin Sparkman (Jim); his grandchildren, Ryker, Maddox, Langston of Salem, Sarah Sutton (Mark), Lucas, Jonas, Kinley of Corydon, Megan Heeke (Chuck), Skyler and Hayden of New Albany; and his brother Alan Woodward (Patty) of Salem.
