He is survived by: his sister Roslyn Spurgeon of Salem; his grandchildren, Josh Hogan, Tara Lewellen, Clayton Hogan and Kati Hogan; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Hogan, Ella Lewellen, Neva Lewellen, Corbin Hogan, Natalee Troutman, Dalton Troutman and Elizabeth Troutman.
