He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Louis and Virginia Louise Rutledge Buckner; his wife Vickie Wright Buckner; and his daughter Jennifer Lynn Sutherland. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Buckner of Salem, Michelle Farley (Robert) of Clarksville, Angela Bierly of Salem and Tonya Buckner of Salem; and his sisters, Patricia McNeely of Covington, IN and Gale Lowe of Fithian, IL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
